S2 Episode 4: The Confidential Informant

Pete Paxton first came to my attention when I watched the HBO documentary entitled Death on a Factory Farm in 2009. I was so impressed by Pete's professionalism and ability to work as an undercover investigator I contacted HBO and asked them to put us in touch. After meeting him, I hatched a plan to sign him up as an official confidential informant for the US Fish and Wildlife Service. That began a long and trusted working relationship and friendship. Pete has done amazing work on behalf of wild and domestic animals. He is a co-author of the book Rescue Dogs and is the co-founder of the non-profit organization Strategies for Ethical & Environment Development (SEED)
